The journey of my Birth

Hi everyone, my name is Arielle Wee. I was born on the 1st of January 2008, which mean, I’m 1 year old plus by the time I’m writing this Blog (he he). I just want to share my feeling and story with everyone I love especially my family and friends (if I have one). My journey starts from the day I was still a fetus inside my mommy’s womb. I really thank God for the strength that He gave me so that I’ve won my race that I’m competing with my brothers and sisters.
I still remember the Love that my mommy gave me, and she talks to me everyday and night. My mom always said to me “you must be a very special child that God gave mommy and daddy and mommy will do anything to protect you and make sure you are safe and healthy. My mom never missed appointment with doctors even though every check up my mom have to surrender her finger to get a blood test for hemoglobin, because of that test my mom became phobias with needles until today. The most terrifying moment is when I’ve reached 32 weeks (8month). At that time I was in breech position

While waiting for my mom’s turn, this lady doctor take my heartbeat’s reading, using a machine no idea what the name is, at that time my mom was alone and she still talk to me, I feel really sad for her because she told me that if anything happen she want me to be safe delivered. All she ask in her prayer is to make sure I’m safe no matter what happen, and she rather risk her life to safe me. Ohh God I really loved my mom. After the reading has been taken, she has been asked to sit down at a chair to wait for her turn to be scan for a confirmation of breech position. 1 2 3 4 5 minutes of waiting and it’s my mom’s turn. While she was lying at the bed and the doctor do the scanning with her teardrops, suddenly the doctor ask my mom, is your baby a twin? And my mom was blur, and the doctor keep on scanning, and it is amazing that I’ve actually moved back to the normal position.
Well it is a miracle that God Make. And the doctor smiles with my mom and said, “you can go home and wait for your time to deliver your baby”. Everyday my mom talk to me as usual, and she reminds me that there’s another 4 days to come will be New Year for 2008, and she requested me to stay inside her womb, well we actually really communicate because the water (amniotic fluid) start to leak at the time 5.30am 1st of January 2008. And at that time I was safe delivered. Thank you mom and dad for giving me a chance to see this world. And Thank God for his Love and Protections for everyone I love.

The Bill of Caesarian

Giving birth to a baby nowadays is no longer a cheap business especially when you want to deliver your baby at private hospital, in caesarian way of course. In Kuching for an example, you can either choose to deliver you baby at General Hospital for a fee around RM 400 or at Private Hospital for a fee around RM 6000!
Take a look at the bill above, it's an example of what will cost you to spend your hard earned bucks in caesarian at a private hospital.
There are many things that they(the hospital) can charge you for fees. If the date falls on a public holiday, then you'll be charged with 'OT time', which means you will pay for the excellent services provided by the staffs.
In caesarian, there are 3 doctors that will do their job. 1st is the 'Injection doc' that will inject some drugs to your body so that you will feel no pain when the operation is in progress, 2nd is the 'Standby doc' where he/she will standby and wait until the baby is 'out', then he/she will take care of the new born baby. 3rd is an expert in 'cut, take out, & sew', where he/she will do the 'cut the line', 'get the baby out' and 'sewing' part.
Question: How much is your caesarian delivering cost? Where? Please feel free to share and comment. Thank you.
